TRXBest Wallet ("the App") is a non-custodial TRON wallet. Our design principle is simple: your keys and data belong to you, and we collect as little information as possible.

1. What we do not collect

• Recovery phrases and private keys: stored only in your device Keychain and never uploaded to our servers.
• Identity information: the App has no account system and does not collect names, phone numbers, or identity documents. An email address is collected only if you type one into the support chat yourself — see section 5.
• Analytics and advertising data: the App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does embed a customer-support SDK, which sends data only when you open the support chat — see sections 5 and 7.
• PIN and biometrics: PIN data stays on device as a salted hash. Face ID and Touch ID are handled by iOS; the App cannot access biometric data.
• Exception: if you opt in to incoming-transfer notifications, public wallet addresses and a push token are uploaded — see section 4.

2. Necessary network requests

• Blockchain data: querying balances, resources, and transaction history uses public TRON node services such as TronGrid. Blockchain activity is public by nature.
• Broadcasting transactions: signed transaction data may be sent to public TRON node services for broadcasting. Private keys are not sent.
• Energy rental configuration: the App may request provider configuration used for TRON energy rental. This does not create an account and does not involve exchange services.

3. Cryptocurrency exchange services

The App does not provide buy, sell, swap, conversion, trading, centralized exchange, decentralized exchange, fiat on-ramp, fiat off-ramp, brokerage, new-token, staking, yield, or investment-advice services. TRON energy rental is a network-resource utility and does not exchange one cryptocurrency for another.

4. Incoming-transfer notifications (optional, off by default)

Only after you turn on Settings → Notifications → Receive Notifications does the App send the following to our server, so it can alert you to incoming TRX or USDT while the App is closed:

• Public wallet addresses: used to watch those addresses for incoming transfers on-chain. Wallet addresses are public blockchain data.
• APNs device token and an anonymous install identifier: used to deliver the notification to your device. The identifier is randomly generated by the App, is not linked to any identity, and is not used for tracking.
• App version, build number, and language preference: used to localize notification text and to troubleshoot.

Recovery phrases, private keys, PINs, balances, and transfer amounts are not uploaded. Amounts shown in a notification are rendered locally on your device.

Retention and deletion: turning the notification toggle off asks the server to delete these subscription records. Records inactive for 90 consecutive days are purged automatically.

5. In-app support chat (optional, only when you start it)

The App includes an in-app support chat powered by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS). Nothing is sent to it until you open the chat yourself. When you do, the following is attached so support can help you without interrogating you:

• Your messages and any files you attach, plus an anonymous session identifier randomly generated on your device. It is not linked to any identity and is discarded when you delete the App.
• App and device context: app version, iOS version, device model, language, selected network, number of wallets, available energy and bandwidth, and the range your balance falls into — never the exact amount.
• Transaction context, only when you start the chat from a specific transfer or rental: its status, amount, on-chain transaction hash, and a shortened form of your wallet address (for example TUEZSd…WYdH).
• An email address only if you choose to enter one in the chat so we can reply after you close the App.

Recovery phrases, private keys, PINs, exact balances, and your full wallet address are never sent. Support will never ask you for them — anyone who does is attempting theft.

Retention and deletion: transcripts are stored by Crisp on our behalf so we can trace how an issue was handled. Write to [email protected] to have yours deleted.

6. Local storage and deletion

Wallet addresses, transaction caches, provider settings, and rental records are stored locally on your device. Deleting a wallet in the App or deleting the App removes the local app data from that device. Always back up your recovery phrase; because the App is non-custodial, nobody can recover assets for you if it is lost.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on public TRON node services such as TronGrid for on-chain data access. The in-app support chat is provided by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS) and is covered by Crisp's privacy policy. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 18.

TRXBest Wallet（以下简称“本应用”）是一款非托管 TRON 钱包。我们的设计原则很简单：你的密钥和数据属于你，我们尽可能少收集信息。

1. 我们不收集什么

• 助记词与私钥：仅存储在你设备的系统钥匙串中，永远不会上传到我们的服务器。
• 身份信息：本应用无账户体系，不收集姓名、手机号或身份证明文件。仅当你在在线客服会话中主动填写邮箱时才会收集邮箱，详见第 5 节。
• 统计与广告数据：本应用不包含任何统计、广告或追踪 SDK。应用内置了客服 SDK，仅在你主动打开客服会话时才发送数据，详见第 5、7 节。
• PIN 与生物识别：PIN 以加盐哈希形式保存在本机。Face ID 和 Touch ID 由 iOS 处理，本应用无法访问生物特征数据。
• 例外：如果你主动开启「到账通知」，会上传公开钱包地址与推送标识，详见第 4 节。

2. 必要的网络请求

• 链上数据：查询余额、资源与交易历史时，会使用 TronGrid 等公共 TRON 节点服务。区块链活动本身具有公开性。
• 广播交易：已签名交易数据可能会发送到公共 TRON 节点服务用于广播。私钥不会发送。
• 能量租赁配置：本应用可能请求 TRON 能量租赁所需的供应商配置。这不会创建账户，也不涉及兑换服务。

3. 加密货币兑换服务

本应用不提供买入、卖出、闪兑、兑换、交易、中心化交易所、去中心化交易所、法币入金、法币出金、经纪撮合、新代币发行、质押、收益或投资建议服务。TRON 能量租赁是一项网络资源工具，不涉及一种加密货币兑换为另一种加密货币。

4. 到账通知（可选功能，默认关闭）

只有当你在「设置 → 通知 → 到账通知」中主动开启后，本应用才会向我们的服务器上传以下信息，用于在 App 未打开时提醒你收到 TRX 或 USDT：

• 公开钱包地址：用于在链上监听该地址的入账。钱包地址本身是公开的区块链数据。
• 推送标识（APNs Device Token）与匿名安装标识：用于把通知送达到你这台设备。该标识由本应用随机生成，不关联任何身份信息，也不用于追踪。
• App 版本、构建号与语言偏好：用于通知文案本地化与问题排查。

不会上传助记词、私钥、PIN、余额或交易金额。通知中显示的金额由你的设备本地渲染。

保存期限与删除：在应用内关闭「到账通知」总开关，即会请求服务器删除上述订阅记录。连续 90 天未活跃的记录会被自动清理。

5. 在线客服（可选功能，仅在你主动发起时生效）

本应用内置由 Crisp（Crisp IM SAS）提供的在线客服。在你主动打开客服会话之前，不会向其发送任何数据。打开会话后，会附带以下信息，以便客服无需反复盘问就能定位问题：

• 你发送的消息与附件，以及一个由本机随机生成的匿名会话标识。该标识不关联任何身份信息，删除应用后即失效。
• 应用与设备上下文：App 版本、iOS 版本、设备型号、语言、当前网络、钱包数量、可用能量与带宽，以及余额所处的区间——不会发送精确金额。
• 交易上下文（仅当你从某笔具体转账或租赁点进客服时）：该笔交易的状态、金额、链上交易哈希，以及掐头去尾后的钱包地址（例如 TUEZSd…WYdH）。
• 电子邮箱（仅当你在会话中主动填写），用于在你关闭应用后回复你。

不会发送助记词、私钥、PIN、精确余额或完整钱包地址。客服永远不会向你索要这些信息——任何索要者都是在盗取你的资产。

保存期限与删除：会话记录由 Crisp 代为存储，用于回溯问题处理过程。如需删除，请联系 [email protected]。

6. 本地存储与删除

钱包地址、交易缓存、供应商设置与租赁记录仅存储在你的设备本地。在应用内删除钱包或删除应用，会从该设备移除本地应用数据。请务必备份助记词；由于本应用是非托管钱包，助记词丢失后任何人都无法帮你恢复资产。

7. 第三方服务

本应用依赖 TronGrid 等公共 TRON 节点服务访问链上数据。应用内在线客服由 Crisp（Crisp IM SAS）提供，适用 Crisp 隐私政策。不集成任何第三方统计、广告或追踪 SDK。

8. 未成年人

本应用不面向 18 岁以下用户。
